Along Similar Lines
Painted toward the end of 2022, this series, Along Similar Lines, focuses on the transformation of lines/mark making into shapes. Frequently used as directional tools leading the eye through the composition lines have a visual weight of their own. I’m interested in the idea of constructed spaces bringing the painting’s history to the forefront.
